Terms and Conditions of Use of the ZLNU online store, available at
www.zlnu.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
§ 1. General Provisions
- The owner and operator of the Store is Pixellen - Przemysław Prętki with its registered office at ul. Komornicka 39/2, 62-069 Dąbrówka, NIP catalog number 7811576996.
- Contact with the store is possible at the e-mail address: kontakt@zlnu.eu or in writing to the address of our registered office.
- The Regulations are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Store.
- Information about the manufacturer on the Store's website does not contain offers contained in the Civil Code, but notification of offers by customers.
§ 2. Placing an order
- Orders can be placed via the order available on the Store's website.
- When placing an order, the Customer is provided with real and current data.
- After placing an order, electronic receipt.
- Sales agreement for time with confirmation by the Store of the compliance of orders for execution.
§ 3. Prices of Goods
- The prices of goods presented on the Store's website are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
- The price of the product does not include delivery costs, which are added to the value of the order depending on the selected delivery method.
- The Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods without notice. Price changes do not apply to orders already placed.
§ 4. Payments

§ 5. Shipping of Goods

§ 6. Returns of Goods (Withdrawal from the Agreement)
The rules and conditions for withdrawal from the sales agreement and return of goods can be found in the "Returns Policy" tab on the Store's website.
§ 7. Complaints
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding the purchased goods in the event of defects.
- The complaint should be submitted in writing or electronically to the address indicated in § 1 section 2 of these Regulations.
- The complaint should include the Customer's data, order number, description of the defect and the Customer's request.
- The Store will consider the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the Customer about the method of its consideration.
§ 8. Personal Data Protection
The principles of processing the Customers' personal data are specified in the Store's Privacy Policy, available in the "Privacy Policy" tab on the Store's website.
§ 9. Copyright
All content posted on the Store's website (texts, graphics, photos, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and are the property of the Store or its partners. It is prohibited to copy, distribute and use them without the consent of the authorized entity.
§ 10. Final Provisions
In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
Any disputes arising in connection with the performance of sales agreements shall be resolved by competent common courts.
The Store reserves the right to change these Regulations. Changes to the Regulations shall be effective from the moment they are published on the Store's website and shall not apply to orders placed before the date of entry into force of the changes.
